This Duplex house is located off the main Vail exit, just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead Village. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac next to Gore Creek River that runs through the heart of Vail. The home features three bedrooms, a sleep den, three and one- half baths and a two-car garage. Hardwood floors throughout the main section of the home. The living room has a natural wood-burning fireplace with cathedral ceiling, pull-out sleeper sofa and lots of big windows that over look the backyard. The backyard contains a stocked trout pond, stone deck, grill, patio furniture and a built-in hot tub.
