seller dropped off a used 35mm camera that had been well cared for and was in good condition. because similar cameras were selling for $50-$100, we suggested using our basic plan with a starting bid of $9.99 for 7 days. we responded to a few inquiries during the last 48 hours of that auction, then several bids drove the price up to $40. in the last 5 minutes of the auction, the price went to $65. within a few hours of closing, we received full payment from the buyer via paypal.com. the following day, we shipped the camera to the buyer and followed up with an e-mail to make sure the buyer was happy with the purchase. 72 hours after the buyer received the camera and left positive feedback, we mailed a check to the seller for $42.25, after deducting $22.75 for our commission. With our $22.75, we paid eBay their listing fees and we paid Paypal for the buyer's payment processing.
