2ezauctions.com cannot be held liable for the fraudulent or dishonest actions of a buyer or seller. in the unlikely event of fraud, all documentation and contact information of all parties will be forwarded to the appropriate city, state and federal agencies for complete and thorough investigation and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. in clear cases of dishonesty, misrepresentation or intentional negligence, the offending parties will be reported to the appropriate agencies for disciplinary action. in select cases, the offending parties will be given an opportunity to make immediate and full restitution for damages and expenses incurred by the effected parties. if a seller misrepresents an item in a closed auction, that seller will be liable for all costs, fees, surcharges and/or commissions associated with that auction.
