when significant effort is required of 2ezauctions.com to prepare seller's item(s) for consignment including but not limited to cleaning, polishing and minor repairs - there will be an additional surcharge of 5% of the final value if the item sells or 10% of the minimum value if the item does not sell. in the event the item is not sold, the seller must pay 2ezauctions.com 10% of the minimum value or $10 hourly for said efforts (whichever is lesser) before the item can be returned to seller. in all cases, the seller must provide written authorization to 2ezauctions.com before such services can be rendered.
once the item is listed, any "change orders" deemed significant will be billed at $5 per incident. please make sure the information you include on your "merchandise receipt" is thorough, accurate and reliable.
